Registration  Procedures

The names of students who have been placed by the Student Selection and Placement Center for education at Recep Tayyip Erdogan University will be announced on the University’s website and the students will be provided with information about the final registration process. Students will be invited to Recep Tayyip Erdogan  University to complete the final registration process at the dates determined by the relevant programme. All procedures concerned with registration will be completed by the students themselves unless a written excuse is presented. The registration will be carried out by the Student Affairs Directorate. Students who want to enroll in postgraduate courses must present all the necessary documentation and make their applications directly to the relevant institutional directorate. After the final application date for final registration, as announced in the academic calendar, the Directorate of Student Affairs will carry out the necessary registration process.

The names of foreign students who have earned the right to study at Recep Tayyip Erdogan  University will be announced on the website after their applications have been evaluated. An “acceptance letter” will be prepared for these students to use both in visa application and in the diploma equivalency procedure. The students must present the necessary documents and complete the registration within the published dates of the final registration process.

The registration for international exchange students will be carried out in the framework of bilateral agreements signed between Recep Tayyip Erdogan University and partner universities (Erasmus or General Academic Protocol). According to the conditions stated in the protocol, transfer students will be registered for courses that are seen to be appropriate and will study at Recep Tayyip Erdogan University for one or two semesters. At the end of the semester, an official transcript, recording the grades for all the courses in which the students is enrolled and the ECTS credits, will be given to the student.
