General Description
History

Recep Tayyip Erdogan University Faculty of Agriculture and Natural Sciences was founded on May 2 2012 according to the decision number 2012/3079 of the Council of Ministers, according to the 28/3/1983 dated and to the additive 30th matter of the 2809 numbered law, published by the Official Gazette number 28280, with the decision of the Council of Ministers on 16/4/2012 related to the mentioned educational institution. In the year 2013 the deparments Horticultural Crops, Field Crops and Agricultural Biotechnology was intended by the Higher Education Council and on 01 February 2013 the dean of the Faculty of Agricultural and Natural Sciences was assigned. İn a short time the Departments of Horticulture and Field Crops completed the necessary nember of faculty members and they were able take place in the Educational Student Placement for the Education year 2013/2014.

Public institutions: the Ministry of Agriculture, Food, ministry of Agriculture and Livestock of the Provincial and District Directorates of public Works and Settlement, Culture and Tourism, ministry of Environment and Urban planning, Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources, Ministry of environment and Forestry, ministry of Development, National Productivity Center, and Study Center for the Development of Exports, undersecretariat of Treasury, undersecretariat of Foreign Trade, the Environment and public and private banks and the Ministries of Forestry, Agricultural Research Institutes, Agricultural Research Institutes and municipal zoning, science, parks and gardens, in units; 2. Agricultural Cooperatives, Agricultural Credit Cooperatives, Agricultural Sales Cooperatives and Agricultural Development Cooperatives; 3. Private Sector Businesses: Garden plants, seed companies, agricultural pesticides franchises, ready Finnish industry and agricultural production and marketing businesses, agriculture and agriculture-based control and certification organizations in the sector, and civil society organizations have the opportunity to work in. However, the production and marketing firms, and is a distributor of agricultural pesticides (Food, Agriculture and Livestock, and the Ministry of Provincial and District Directorates, and in other public institutions, private organizations, pest control services, and has worked for at least three years to succeed on the exam ones). Facilities

Facilities of Faculty of Agriculture, and Natural Sciences, and, 11.000 m2 school campus in 20.000 m2 of research and application, including playground, a total of 31.000 m2 of residential areas. The school campus, training and teaching activities, which has been a main building (2.000m2), multi-purpose indoor hall (700 m2), dining hall building (1200 m2) with a total of 3900 m2 closed area, with an area of 11,000 m2. Of education and training, which has been a standard in the classroom whiteboard and overhead projectors are available. Students in research and 30 persons, to be used in class technology. In the main building, in the laboratory of the physical infrastructure is completed and the necessary equipment supply continued. Faculty has strong academic staff, students of both theory and practice in the field of quality education offers. Students receive theoretical training, the trial application in the garden of education supported by sufficient technical equipment available, as will graduate. The faculty in the student cafeteria, internet room and a conference hall for 250 people. In addition, the faculty within the campus dining hall, 1 basketball and volleyball courts (open area) are available.
